1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within India only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside India.
2. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 9 AM IST (GMT+05:30) will be processed on the next business day.
4. What shipping methods do you offer, and what does it cost?
We offer Standard Shipping with tracking, which takes 4 to 7 business days. Shipping is free for all orders.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
6. What should I do if my order is delayed or marked delivered but not received?
First, check your tracking link or contact the courier directly. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
8. How do I start a return?
Please contact our return team at Support@spacelifestore.in before sending any items back. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
10. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
11. Are there any items that cannot be refunded?
Yes, the following items are non-refundable:

12. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at Support@spacelifestore.in with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem quickly.
13. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
